Cranes are the heroic agents of the big industries. They help the industries in their regular mundane. Apart from loading, unloading the goods, it also carries them from one place to another. • DAMAGE OF WIRE ROPES: This is one of the most common troubles in overhead cranes. It could be due to wire reeving out of the system or due to worn out for excessive use.
• DAMAGE OF HOOKS:The hook is to uphold the load and place in the right direction. Just when the weight isn’t carefully loaded or there’s a troubled placement of load, the hook might get damaged or worn out leading to replacement.
• ELECTRIFICATION FAULTS: When the fuse blows too many times, it is a service provider call from the crane. Due to faulty wiring or electric issue, frequent fuses can be witnessed resulting into urgent need to service providers.
• PROBLEMATIC PENDANTS: When the pendulum is problematic, it lacks the control of shift gear resulting into trouble movements. Though this is a rare issue however, it is one of the core problems.
• CONTACT INTERRUPTERS: Due to frequent interruptions, the crane doesn’t take the lifting and dropping commands quite well. This creates too many confusions and frustration.

Like any other commodity, cranes too require maintenance. A well-maintained crane gives a quality performance leading to better operations of the industrial work.
